This study was carried out to estimate the relationship between head length and stature using simple linear regression analysis based on a sample of male and female of Western Maharastra.Measurements of the head length and stature were taken from 150 subjects (75male, 75 female). Obtained data was analysed and attempt was made to find out correlation between the head length and stature of an individual. A good correlation of height was observed with head length and it was statistically significant. The results of the present study would be useful for anthropologists and forensic medicine experts.
