The global prevalence of child sexual abuse has been estimated at 19.7% for females and 7.9% for males. Most sexual abuse offenders are acquainted with their victims; strangers are the offenders in approximately 10% of child sexual abuse cases.
In this report, five minor girls of ages 07 to 13 years were sexually abused repeatedly for 01 month to 02 years by a single adult male, a known near relative of the survivors. On medical examination of the three survivors Miss. A, B & C shows evidence of chronic vaginal penetration, one survivors Miss. D shows evidence of recent vaginal penetration and there was no any evidence of vaginal penetration in case of Miss. E.
Accessory examination reports of chemical analyzers were positive for articles seized from house of accused, nicker of survivor D & E. It played important role as corroborative evidence to prove the allegation.
