Abstract

Information is all pervasive element in the contemporary society. Every social trend cause some influence on the future shapes of information services in any information center, whether it is public or academic or special or similar services intuitions. On one hand, the information services are reacting to the changing trends and new dimensions in the society and on the other, the services are enhanced through the application of Information Technology (IT), The Information Communication Technology (ICT) offers avenues for easy access to information, crossing the barriers of communication.
