Challenges of Diversity and Cross-Cultural interactions

The paper tries to encapsulate the Cross Culture Phenomenon at the down of late 18^th and early 19^th century, when India witnessed Cultural exchange due to British rule in the country. It attempts to create better understanding of the challenges of Diversity and Cross-cultural Interaction in Indian history. The 200 years long tenure of British rule in India resulted in the creation of a new “Anglo-Indian Community” which refers to two groups of people: those with mixed Indians and British ancestry, and people of British descent born or living in the Indian continent.
