A study was carried out to find out the effect of integrated nutrient management on yield and alkaloid contents of different parts of periwinkle. The experiment was conducted using randomized block design (X3). The yield and alkaloid parameters were significantly influenced by different nutrient management packages. The yield of dry matter of leaves, stems and roots, individually and total dry matter production (q/ha) were prompted significantly by T2 to T15 treatments over control. T9 [10 tonnes FYM/ha + NPK (80: 30: 50) kg/ha] and T10 [10 tonnes FYM/ha + NPK (100: 40: 60) kg/ha] both performed hereby outstanding with equal dominance over other treatments in relation of yield of dry matter through leaves, roots and total dry matter production. However, the yield of dry matter through stems was found maximum with T12 [Bone meal + Neem cake (each @ 150 kg/ha) + NPK (80:30: 50) kg/ha] followed by T9 [10 tons FYM/ha + NPK (80:30: 50) kg/ha].
