Abstract

An experiment was carried out to study the effect of integrated nutrients application on growth and productivity of Periwinkle. The experiment was conducted using RBD and each treatments with replicates (X3). The growth and productivity parameters were significantly influenced by different nutrient management packages. The treatments T9 [10 tonnes FYM/ha + NPK (80: 30: 50) kg/ha] followed by T12 [Bone meal + Neem cake (each @ 150 kg/ha) + NPK (80: 30: 50) kg/ha] were found more effective for increasing plant growth and productivity of Periwinkle. The highest yield of plant biomass was recorded with T12 followed by T14 [ZnSO44 @ 25kg/ha + NPK (80: 30: 50) kg/ha] during two subsequent experimental years. Results are discussed in detail in present paper.
