Abstract

Association and path analysis of grain yield plant−1 were studied in half diallel set of six hull-less and two-hulled barley parents. Grain yield showedpositive significant association with tillers plant−1, 1000 grain weight, biological yield plant−1 and harvest index. Path analysis revealed biological yield plant−1, harvest index, tillers plant−1 were the important characters of grain yield in hull-less barley and need greater selection emphasis.
