Colletotrichum truncatum was grown at nine different temperature and twelve pH levels ranging from 5°C-to 40°C and 3.5 to 10.0 pH. The optimum temperature and pH for growth of the fungus were found to be 28°C and 6.0. Whereas, theminimum growth of the fungus was recorded at the temperature or 5°C and pH 10.0. Excellent sporulation was obseved at 25-30°C and pH levels 6.0-7.0.
