The field experiments were conducted at research Farm A.S. (P.G. College) Lakhaoti-Bulandsahar District of Uttar Pradesh in consecutive Rabi Season. The yield attributes were taken at the time of crop growth and yield were recorded at harvest. The chemical analysis of plants was done at the time of harvest as N, P, K and Zn content. The grain yield was observed 9.68 q/ha from application of 40 kg P2O5 through rock phosphate q/ha, 10.72 q/ha grain yield from application of 40 kg P2O5 rock phosphate along with 5 kg zinc/ha and maximum grain yield q/ha were observed (11.22 q/ha) from application of 40 kg P2O5 through single super phosphate along with 5 kg zinc/ha which is also significant from the control treatment. As for as application of bio-fertilizers estimated that maximum grain yield q/ha (11.68) were found from application of Rhizobium along with VAM as dual inoculation and lowest from without bio-fertilizer applied treatments (8.23 q/ha) as recommended practice treatment followed by Rhizobium and VAM application. The maximum NPK and Zinc uptake at 80 DAS were from application of 40 kg P2O5 through SSP along with 5 kg zinc kg/ha, followed by rhizobium+ VAM inoculation than by 40 kg P2O5 through rock phosphate along with 5 kg zinc kg/ha in field conditions.
