Abstract

Metal complexes of the types ML2 X2 M= Cu(II) L=2-Amino- 4-(p-methoxy/ethoxy phenyl -oxazole and X= Cl, CHCOO and NO3 were prepared and characterized with the help of their elementalanalysis spectral and magnetic susceptibility studies I.R studies shows that oxygen of oxazoline ringtook part in coordination. These complexes were also screened for their antifungal activity againstPhoma-exigua, Macrophomina-phaseoli,and Colletotrichumcapsici at 100, 50 and 20ppm. The activitydecreases with decreases of concentration.
