Correlation studies in elite lines of Baby corn indicate that the traits viz., plant height, days to silking, days to harvesting of fresh cobs, cob length, height and weight show significant positive correlations with total cob yield and also among themselves, Path Coefficient analysis reveals that early silking, early harvest of fresh cobs, greater plant height, greater cob length, cob weight and cob height, more no. of cobs/plant, with lesser cob girth would directly contribute to the increased cob yield in Baby corn production.
