Abstract

One hundred ninety six genotypes of coriander (Corianderum sativum L.) excluding checks were evaluated to work out correlation and path analysis for nine metric traits. The association studies indicated that all the characters (except days to 50% flowering) showed positive and significant correlation with seed yield per plant. Total plant height exerted maximum direct effect on seed yield. Hence Selection for total plant height will be highly effective for improvement of seed yield.
