In present study an attempt has been made to evaluate the effect of Polyfeed on physico-chemical properties of litchi fruits cv. Rose Scented at Horticultural Research Centre of G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar distt. Udham Singh Nagar (Uttaranchal). Fourteen-year-old fruit bearing litchi trees were sprayed with Polyfeed (2%) at three different intervals after fruit setting to evaluate its effect on different physical and chemical parameters. The results indicated that Polyfeed spray significantly affected the physical as well as chemical attributes of litchi fruits. Two pre-harvest foliar sprays of Polyfeed on trees at 15 and 45 days after fruit setting produced fruits those contained maximum individual fruit weight, aril weight, juice content, TSS, total sugars, reducing sugars, TSS/acid ratio, sugar/acid ratio and ascorbic acid with minimum acidity content.
