Abstract

Influence of biofertilizers (No biofertilizer, Azotobacter, PSB and VAM), nitrogen doses (0, 50, 100 and 200 kg/ha) and phosphorus (0, 50, 100 and 200 kg/ha) alone and in combination were tested on the time taken for sprouting of bulbs, spike emergence and basal floret opening in tuberose cv. Double. The biofertilizers application with lower N and P doses advanced the flowerinc and sprouting of bulbs and reduced the amount of chemical fertilizers.
