Indo-Bangladesh Relationship has witnessed so many ups and downs since the inception. Bangladesh is very important to India for its potential market and strategic location. There are so many affinities and closeness between India and Bangladesh. The economic, social, cultural linkages are very significant. The common linguistic sentiment, historical past and common heritage have brought to countries together. The two countries are collectively trying to combat against international terrorism over the decades. The Success of India's neighbourhood policy is significantly depends up on its Bangladesh policy. There are so many debates towards its Bangladesh policy. The extra-regional powers are playing vital role in Indo-Bangladesh relations. The political scenario of Bangladesh partially depends upon India's role. Bangladesh has been promoted from least Developed to developing country's status. However, the growth of extremism in Bangladesh is a great threat to Indian security. There are so many irritating issues between the two countries. There are few positive aspects of bilateral relations. In this paper, Indo- Bangladesh relations will be discussed through multidimensional outlook.
