Abstract

Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. pisi was found to be associated with pea wilt. The best medium for growth and enzyme production of F. oxysporum f.sp. pisi was Richardís meidum which was closely followed by Brownís medium, whereas, poor growth as well as enzyme production viz., pectinolytic (PGTE, PTE, PG, PME and macerating) and cellulolytic (Cx) were observed in Sabouraudís medium.
