Mungbean genotypes in advance breeding lines were explored for genetic diversity for disease resistance by using biplot analysis. The bilot explained 56.3% variation of the total variation of the disease-centered genotype by disease. Cosine of the angle between the vectors of the two diseases approximates the correlation between them. Mungbean yellow mosaic virus, Cercospora leaf spot, Bacterial leaf spot appear positively correlated where as Anthracnose and Macrophomina Blight as negatively correlated. Mungbean lines, ML no 1229, 1450, 1464, 1270, 1430, 1476, 1486 at the interior on right side some other genotypes, ML1294, 1392, 1465, 1194, 1354, 1355, 1469, 1451, 1452, 1470, 1488, 1349, 1361, 512, 818, 1472, 1474, 1240, 1252, 1263, 1108, 707, 1273, 1329, 1453, 1475, 1278, 1286, 1279 and 1352 distributed on the vertices on left side signify for multiple disease resistance due to their placements.
