To indentify source of resistance against charcoal rot, aerial blight and yellow mosaic virus (YMV) diseases of soybean one hundred and nineteen germplasm lines including five checks i.e. JS 335, JS 93–05, JS 97–52, Punjab 1 and TAMS 38 were evaluated under field conditions. Among all, forty four, fifty one and sixty three genotypes were found to be absolute/highly resistant against charcoal rot, aerial blight, and yellow mosaic diseases of soybean, respectively. While considering resistance against two diseases twenty nine, twenty seven and thirty seven genotypes exhibited absolute/highly resistant reaction against charcoal rot plus aerial blight, charcoal rot plus YMV and aerial blight plus YMV, respectively. While considering multiple resistance, only seventeen germplasm i.e. CAT 1483, CAT 1847, CAT 1927, CAT 411B, CAT 418, CAT 87, CAT 783, Himso 1681, JS 20–19, JS 20–21, JS 20–27, JS 21–05, JS 21–17, SL 710, SL 738, SL 900, SL 955 showed absolute/highly resistant reaction against all of three diseases charcoal rot, aerial blight and YMV.
