Blast (Pyricularia grisea) is one of major diseases reported on finger millet crop and causes significant yield losses. the experiment was conducted during kharif-2014 to kharif-2016 at hill Millet Research station, navsari Agricultural University, Waghai (The Dangs), South Gujarat heavy rainfall zone - I and situation - I for the management of finger millet blast disease with fungicides and bioagent as seed treatment as well as foliar spray. Among all the tested fungicides and bioagents, seed treatment with carbendazim, 2g/kg seed + 2 sprays of tricyclazole, seed treatment with carbendazim, 2g/kg seed + 2 sprays of tebuconazole and seed treatment with Pseudomonas fluorescens, 10g/kg seed + 2 sprays of P. fluorescens found superior for the control of blast disease of finger millet as well as for getting higher grain (3349kg/ha.) and fodder (8087kg/ha.) yield.
