The studies were conducted to evaluate different fungicides and organic formulations for the management of wet bubble disease of white button mushroom caused by Mycogone perniciosa. In vitro evaluation of fungicides was carried out to access the efficacy of five fungicides singly as well as in combinations against mycelial growth. Among the fungicides, propiconazole and trifloxystrobin 25% + tebuconazole 50% at 20 ppm were most effective as both of them provided 100% mycelial inhibition as compared to control. Among the five organic formulations, Himsol and Jeevamrit at 50% conc. were most effective followed by Panchgavya and Jeevamrit and Tamarlassi against Mycogone perniciosa. under in vivo conditions the fungicide trifloxystrobin 25% + tebuconazole 50% (Nativo) gave 87.5% disease control followed by 86.2% in carbendazim 12% + mancozeb 63% (Saaf) and among the organic formulations maximum disease control was observed in Himsol (87.9%) followed by Panchgavya (85.8%) and Jeevamrit (81.3%). Tamarlassi was found least effective for disease management.
