The project which normally take max upto 6 months in Maharashtra it took almost 3 years for many reasons The DPR has not considered many issues, The consultants had either not knowing the ground realities or ignored them in their DPR. The specifications for the work, were not suitable for remote hilly area such as those in North Eastern States.
