On the basis of present investigation, it is concluded that, among all the treatments, the treatment combination of 5°C dry cold storage temperature in polyethylene (100 gauge) wrapping with 4 days storage duration was found most effective to enhance useful vase life, total vase life, total post harvest life and also for excellent quality of tuberose cv. Local Double. Although the total post harvest life was also enhanced when stored at 5 oC temperature in dry cold storage with polyethylene wrapping for 10 days storage duration, but the quality of flowers was little bit suffered.
