Abstract

An experiment was conducted with seventy germplasm lines of muskmelon to assess the association between various yield and fruit quality traits. Correlation study revealed that characters showing highly significant positive correlation with fruit yield per plant were fruit equatorial diameter, seed cavity diameter, average fruit weight and flesh weight per fruit.
