The present study was carried out at the Horticulture farm, Department of Horticulture, Rajasthan College of Agriculture, MPUAT, Udaipur. The main objective was to standardize the propagation of dragon fruit under Udaipur conditions, by taking into account various parameters like cutting size (30 cm and 45 cm), various IBA concentrations, viz., 500 ppm and 1000 ppm, callusing period for one and two weeks and combinations of all. The findings of the study showed that among all the treatment combinations, treatment T9 (30 cm cutting size + one-week callused period + 1000 ppm IBA) was best in terms of survival percentage, rooting percentage, and all the growth parameters under Udaipur conditions in Rajasthan.
