Abstract

Pre-harvest single spray of maleic hydrazide given to the foliage of cv. Kufri Jyoti gave a significant reduction in sprouting, rotting, physiological loss in weight and sprout weight. It was most effective at 0.3 and 0.4% sprayed at 6 weeks before harvest.
