The study indicated that majority (43.3%) of the potato growers had medium level of Entrepreneurial Behaviour (EB). Out of 12 independent variables, self education, family education status, orchard, annual income, use of communication sources, extension participation and yield of potato had positive and significant relationship with EB. The multiple regression analysis revealed that only two variables, annual income and yield of potato had significant regression coefficient. The seven independent variables explained 60% variation in the EB.
