Thirty six genotypes of potato were evaluated for fourteen characters under sixteen different environments created by different planting time, fertility level, year and location. Characters viz., tuber yield, number of stems, number of leaves, maturity, shoot fresh weight, number of tubers, average tuber weight and protein content had high genotypic coefficient of variation, heritability and high genetic advance irrespective of environments.
