Abstract

The results of 2-year field experiment at Shillong indicated that potato-radish crop sequence gave higher production and monetary gain over potato-cabbage sequence in rainfed hilly areas of Meghalaya. Recommended doses of fertilizers to potato as well as to succeeding vegetable crop are needed 10 achieve higher yield and net returns as well as sustained soil health.
