Additional hosts of the potato witch's broom
Abstract
Calendula offlcinalis, Datura fastuosa, D. metel, D. tatula, Nicandra physaloides, Scopolia sinensis, 20 potato and 9 tobacco varieties, 15 Solanum spp., Trifolium repens and Vinca rosea have been found to be additional hosts of potato witch's broom pathogen. The host plants generally developed axillary proliferation, general stunting or simple leaves. Development of phylloid flowers was observed in many species.
