Abstract

The incidence of charcoal rot of potato was studied at harvest and in storage, involving different crops in rotations viz. maize, green gram, sunnhemp and cowpea. The incidence was significantly reduced at harvest as well as in storage when potato was preceded by sunnhemp as a long-term crop rotation.
