An analogue has been made between the leadership and librarian as the Library functions involve manning it at various levels and working with staff by creating proper atmosphere by the leadership qualities the librarian becomes a model. The article foucus on the leadership concept of alibrarian. Leading involves motivation and directing of employees perform their tasks. The Librarian as leader influences on the behaviour and attitude of the employee as well as helps and guides him better.
