The Paper is a case study on digitization process which is ongoing in PS Telugu University Library Scanning centre Under “Digital Library of India” (DLI) project. It deals with the tools, techniques, and software used in scanning, editing and in storing the data. This would help the librarians to understand the digitization process in more practical oriented manner.
