The journal ‘Abstract and Applied Analysis ’(AAA), being published since 1996, is an open-access journal in the subject of mathematics. The current article investigates the journal's articles from 2006 to 2010 and presents the bibliometric analysis of various subsets of data collected from SCOPUS citation database. Of 370 articles, 136 were appeared in 2010 and in rest of the years, a growing trend of publication is observed. A total of 784 authors contributed to the journal by citing 7, 815 references in the given period of study. Average number of citations per volume was 1, 563 and average number of citations per issue was 21.12; maximum contributions were two-authored (149) articles and maximum numbers of articles (106) were received from China. The analysis also reveals that as maximum numbers of articles were contributed by Asian countries. The study observes that the journal AAA is significantly contributing to the growth of scientific literature in mathematics.
