Training and Development of Students in Higher Education Institutions: Role of Libraries and Placement Cell

There is a burgeoning of Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) throughout the country, which paves the path of success for the student community towards a fulfilment of their ardent desires and ambitions. Students are the future of a nation and there are certain elements that profoundly influence the psyche of the students to freely choose the right path to achieve their goals and ambitions. The Libraries and the Training & Placement Cells in these HEIs are the lodestones that guide these students towards a successful and meaningful career.
