Newspaper Reading Habits among Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students of SoS in Library and Information Science, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Abstract

Through a questionnaire-based survey, newspaper reading habits among undergraduate and postgraduate students of SoS in Library and Information Science, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh has been studied. Newspaper is also a very important source of information for all the news of daily events and happenings of the world. A total number of 55 questionnaires were administrated to the students, and 52 were received where the response rate was 94.54%; these are used for the analysis. It was discovered from the analysis that majority of the respondents read newspapers daily.
