This paper describes knowledge management (KM) concept, its tools and techniques for accessing the right knowledge at the right time. KM tools are very important to successfully achieve the goal of any organisation with the help of KM. Selection of KM technologies is very critical job. If the organisation is not framing the right KM framework using the available KM technologies, it will fail to make right decisions. The article aims to generate awareness about the KM tools and techniques for organisations.
