The study designed a library portal in such a way that helps to rebuild the library and information services to maximise the library usage, both physically and virtually. The study used Drupal content management system for developing the library portal. This portal introduced few new services like online Document Delivery Services, Ask a Librarian Service and features like RSS with the existing services and users need to train how to utilise them for bring out their maximum result
