This study examinedundergraduate student's perspective of copyright infringement in Federal University of Petroleum Resources. In carry out of this study, four research questions were raised. The study population consisted of 2, 313 (2016/2017 Academic Session) registered undergraduate students users of the libraries. The instrument used for data collection was questionnaire. Research questions were answered using simple percentages. Among the findings of the study revealed that undergraduate students are to a certain extent familiar with copyright infringement, although there awareness does not influence their photocopying. It also, discovered that they violated copyright law through photocopying, plagiarism and piracy. The study recommends that Nigerian Copyright Commission should liaise with Nigeria University Commission and urge them to introduce the law of copyright into their curriculum among others.
