In this study, the authors have studied 109 top university libraries spread all over the world and India and shortlisted important web-based patron educational services offered by these libraries to cope up with the changing demands of students and distance/online/flipped Classroom-based education. The author thoroughly went through the websites, blogs of traditional university libraries in the world as well as using the Google platform and searched the services offered by these libraries by going through their accounts on various platforms of online service providers. The overview of these services will be useful to the university as well as academic libraries to initiate new services. The comparative data analysis gives information about the current status of Indian and top World university libraries offering these services.
