Abstract

The paper aims to know the hindrances faced by LIS Professionals of Higher Educational Institutions of Shimoga and Davanagere districts, Karnataka state, in effective utilization of ICT applications in their libraries. This study shows the demographic features of the LIS professionals working in HEIs of Shimoga and Davnagere districts of Karnataka State. This study shows that on which factor of hindrances faced more by LIS professionals in effective utilization of ICT application.
