A P J Abdul Kalam, recognized as the Missile Man of India, is a true patriot and ever bachelor President of India. His publications are analyzed to find out year-wise distribution of papers, research team of the scientist and scattering of papers in different communication channels. This study also finds author productivity, spectrum of research activities and productivity of Kalam's research team. The result shows that Kalam's first research work was published in 1974 at the age of 43. The period 2004–2008, when Kalam was 73–77 years old, was his most productive period (5 papers per year). His status was as first author and second author. Most of his publications were books/festschrift contributions. Most of his journal articles were published in national journals.
