Growth of Collection Development of Books at Bangalore University Library: A Study

Collection development of books at Bangalore university library is a process of selecting, acquiring and providing access to all types of resources to support the scholarly needs of faculty, researchers and students. Collection development of libraries depends on professional competence of the librarian. This study focuses on allotment of budget, year wise purchase of books and e- books.
