Abstract

The effectiveness and efficiency of service organizations like libraries depends upon their services delivered to the various types of users. The quality of library services depends upon quality and behavior of work force, which in turn depends on knowledge, adaptability, and job satisfaction of library professionals. Thus satisfaction of library professionals is said to be prerequisite for delivery of quality service and providing maximum satisfaction to the users satisfied professionals not only render better quality service to the users but also ensure commitment towards the professional duties in the library that leads to the image building.
