Bibliometrics visualization of annals library and information studies and IASLIC bulletin during 2016–2020: A comparative study

Abstract

The present study analysis the articles published in IASLIC Bulletin and Annals library and management studies both Indian journals in the field of library and information science during the year 2016–2020. Which explores that ALIS journal number of contribution with 152 highest than to IASLIC Bulletin Journal with 108. The authorship pattern was found that One author, two author 52,75 highest than to IASLIC bulletin 25,30. IASLIC Bulletin is highest than ALIS in Three author (26) and More than Three (27). ALIS (4162) Distribution Reference is highest than ASLIC Bulletin (1000). Delhi 48 (31) is a top state Number of contribution author in ALIS journal and west Bengal 20 (18.51) top state in number of contribution author in ASLIC bulletin page wise length IALISC Bulletin it found that year 2018 with 200 (20.94%) is highest page number in this table. 2016 with 177 (18.53%) is lowest volume of total page. The ALIS journal was found the 2016 year with 265 (26%) highest total page volume, 2019 found the lowest volume of total pages. With 140 (13%).
