This study provides a brief outline of Internet and its use and to find out how the students (Post Graduate & Undergraduate) of Nar Bahadur Bhandari Government College (NBBGC), Gangtok, Sikkim have been accessing the potentiality of the Internet. The paper is intended to provide the insight of different aspects of Internet such as awareness and experience of Internet use, purpose and frequency of internet used, use of internet service and e-resources, ways to browse information from the internet, types of search engine they are using etc. The paper also finds the problems they are facing while accessing the internet. For this purpose, a well structured questionnaire was prepared and distributed randomly among PG and UG students during September and October 2021 from various departments. Data were collected and analyzed through tables, graphs etc. On the basis of findings, some recommendations has been given how the use of Internet among PG and UG students of NBBGC can be improved.
