This article emphasizes the accessibility and availability of electronic resources, library user opinion on electronic resources. A well-structured questionnaire was circulated to six hundred and thirty-two students and faculty to collect primary data from respondents. A total four hundred and fifteen filled-in questionnaires were received, showing an overall response rate of 65.66%, counterproductive to evaluate dedicated library users. The study highlight that the majority of users use electronic resources for academic purpose update knowledge on various aspects. The study found that most users feel the electronic resources open any time day in and day out and feel natural about the effectiveness of online resources. The study identify that the all print items may be available in an electronic document format in the main problem.
