This study aims to assess Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills among professional staff working in the university libraries of Rayalaseema Region, Andhra Pradesh. There are 17 universities in Rayalaseema region, including central, state and deemed universities. There are 60 library professional staff working in the university libraries. The researcher personally visited all the selected university libraries and collected data from all the study participants. Data was gathered using the census method and a structured questionnaire.
