This paper aims to examine the marketing of library resources and services in global era, is necessa ry to proactively market the resources and services to readers who are not familiar with the electronic environment. Librarians need to consider the’ characteristics, of these learners, including their language proficiency, learning styles, and subjects of interests. This paper also suggests strengthening the library’s visibility through users’ web workflow. Librarians can be very effective in applying their skills to the marketing process in libraries.
