This present study aims to analyze the use of periodicals by the faculty and research scholars in the libraries of Andhra University and Sri Venkateswara University: A study. The data required for the study were collected from two universities namely Sri Venkateswara University in Tirupati and Andhra University in Vishakhapatnam. A structured questionnaire was used to collect the data. The researcher distributed 900 questionnaires to research scholars and faculty members available in their respective departments and university libraries, using a convenient sampling method. From each university, 300 research scholars and 150 faculty members were selected, and the questionnaires were distributed. Ultimately, the researcher received 690 usable questionnaires out of 900. After collecting the data from the respondents, it was analyzed according to the stated objectives.
