Abstract

This study explores the relationship between education level and Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University library usage among undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD students. It reveals that PhD students visit libraries more frequently, rely heavily on research materials, and prefer technology-driven library services. Postgraduate students show higher engagement with digital resources and find library materials more useful than undergraduates. Undergraduate students, on the other hand, demonstrate lower overall engagement, highlighting the need for greater awareness and motivation to effectively utilize library services. The study emphasizes the importance of customized library services based on students’ education levels, such as expanding digital access for PG students, enhancing research support for PhD scholars, and introducing interactive learning spaces for undergraduates. These insights contribute to the development of user-centric library policies, ensuring that academic libraries continue to serve as vital learning centers for students at all educational stages.
